Make positive changes to stop domestic abuse

PM Psychology are actively involved in research into domestic violence and how best to help individuals make changes.

There are diverse factors that may lead to an individual being abusive within a relationship and we recognise that there is strength in seeking help to make positive change. One of the greatest difficulties for many individuals can be first recognising their own behaviour and acknowledging they need help to change.

Our assessments explore factors including any mental health issues, past trauma, personality and thinking styles to determine the appropriate approach that is right for you. The approaches used are evidence-based and draw on different techniques, depending on your needs. The full programme is 26 weeks in accordance with the established approach.
