WORKING WITH PARENTS / CARERS WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS

This two-day course will introduce participants to the way in which the psychological needs of parents/carers can affect their interactions and relationships with children and other adults.

This course would be useful for family support workers, early years practitioners, teachers, social workers, health visitors and family outreach workers.

EMOTIONAL DYSREGULATION & VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR

This one-day course will give you greater understanding of issues relating to emotional dysregulation and violent behaviour.

The course explains why these behaviours might develop and explores characteristics that will help identify people experiencing these issues along with practical strategies and techniques to deal with difficult situations.
